We’re looking for a talented and experienced Residential Remodeler / Carpenter to join a fast-growing business headquartered near Westfield, NJ. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential Remodeler / Carpenter position include:- 5–7 years of experience in residential remodeling including kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and full gut renovations- Ability to perform hands-on carpentry including trim work, drywall, and general home repairs- Experience managing day-to-day tasks on-site with minimal supervision- Capable of coordinating with subcontractors across trades (plumbing, HVAC, electrical)- Comfortable traveling to various job sites across Union, Middlesex, and surrounding counties; Gas card provided- Lead Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) certification preferred; OSHA and asbestos awareness certifications are a plus- Previous ownership of a remodeling company is welcomed- Looking for a candidate ready to grow into a leadership or project management roleSalary: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
