Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Estimator (Federal Projects) position include:- Minimum 5 years of experience estimating federal general contracting projects- Proficiency with Bluebeam or equivalent estimating software- Ability to read and analyze blueprints, specifications, and RFQs- Comfortable working on a variety of projects including remodels, roofing, and welding- Responsible for preparing and managing estimates for federal contracts up to $5M- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing- Evaluate RFPs and submit bids with minimal oversight- Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fully remote roleSalary: $80,000 – $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
