With over 50 years in business, this company is bringing production back to the U.S. and is looking for a CNC Machinist/Programmer who thrives in a hands-on, precision-focused environment. Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Machinist/Programmer position include:- 5-7+ years of experience using Mastercam for programming and Fanuc controls on 3- and 4-axis CNC machines- Strong background in CNC milling (lathe and grinder experience is a plus)- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings to develop accurate Mastercam programs- Experience machining steel and tooling metals (no specific industry experience required)- Independently program, set up, and operate Haas milling machines- Use precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gages, and CMM to verify part accuracy- Perform basic machine maintenance and collaborate with engineering to resolve challenges- Maintain a focus on safety, quality, and efficient operation throughout the production process- Flexible first-shift schedule available Monday through Friday, typically between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PMSalary: $38.00 – $45.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
