
Who Can Apply: The Pittsburgh Foundation provides scholarship opportunities for students to pursue their educational goals. Scholarships are available for graduating high school seniors who are attending community colleges, four-year universities, and career/technical schools.
- Be a United States citizen or permanent resident
- Be a graduating high school senior from:
- Indiana: Kokomo High School
- Pennsylvania:
- any Pittsburgh Public High School
- Albert Gallatin High School
- Avella High School
- Burgettstown High School
- Central Catholic High School
- Deer Lakes High School
- East Allegheny High School
- Fairview High School
- Highlands High School
- Jeannette High School
- Keystone Oaks High School
- Oakland Catholic High School
- Penn Hills High School
- Penn-Trafford High School
- Springdale High School
- The Neighborhood Academy
- West Mifflin High School
- West Virginia: Paw Paw High School
- Be enrolled in or plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate at an accredited two– or four–year college/university, or vocational-technical school in the United States
- Certification programs must be through an accredited institution and must run on a standard academic semester calendar. Certification programs must be a minimum of one semester/term in length and applicants must be enrolled at the time awards are disbursed in August.
- Have a minimum grade point average of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent), unless specified otherwise
- Awards are for undergraduate study only
Submission:
- A current, complete transcript of grades. Grade reports are not accepted. Transcripts must display:
- Student name
- School name
- Grades
- Credit hours for each course and term in which each course was taken.
