- Rose Browne was a beloved mother who set an example for her children on how to thrive academically and professionally.
- Rose was a hard-working woman who earned her RN, BSN, and MSN degrees to further her career. While accumulating these degrees, Rose also cared for her children and worked full-time, mostly at the VA hospital.
- This scholarship aims to honor the memory of Rose Browne by supporting students who are pursuing nursing degrees.
- Any undergraduate or graduate student who is pursuing an RN, BSN, or MSN degree may apply for this scholarship, but working mothers, single mothers, veterans, and members of veteran families are preferred.
