Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Design Professional position include:- 2–5 years of professional architectural experience; multifamily or hospitality project experience preferred- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; working toward licensure or already licensed- Proficiency in Revit/BIM, SketchUp, and preferably Photoshop; familiarity with MS Word and Excel- Assist with all phases of design and documentation under the Project Architect- Prepare and produce permittable contract documents- Support technical documentation and coordinate with consultants to stay within budget and timeline- Participate in client meetings and presentations- Assist with construction administration duties including reviewing shop drawings and specificationsSalary: $65,000 – $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
