Job Description:
We are partnering with a top-tier energy and manufacturing client seeking a Corporate Real Estate Project Manager – CAPEX in Jefferson City, Missouri (onsite). This new role, created due to major U.S. expansion, will lead the planning and execution of large-scale real estate and facilities CAPEX projects across key manufacturing sites. Responsibilities include managing budgets, timelines, vendors, compliance, construction challenges, and supporting facility operations. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields, 8–10 years of real estate, construction, or facilities experience (preferably industrial/manufacturing), strong CAPEX project leadership skills, and familiarity with HSE standards. PMP or CFM certifications are highly valued.
