Job Description:
We are partnering with a top-tier energy and manufacturing client seeking a Corporate Real Estate Project Manager in Crystal Springs, Mississippi (onsite). This newly created role, driven by major U.S. expansion, will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale CAPEX real estate and facilities projects at key manufacturing sites. Responsibilities include managing budgets, vendors, schedules, compliance, construction challenges, and supporting facility operations. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, 8–10 years of experience in corporate real estate, construction, or facilities (preferably in industrial/manufacturing), and strong leadership in CAPEX project delivery. PMP or CFM certifications are highly valued.U.S. work authorization is required.
