This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role at a cutting-edge engineering company known for its innovative broadband amplifier solutions and commitment to quality. With a modern headquarters in the Greater Miami area, this company is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) leader to work closely with the CEO and bring operational ideas to life.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Manufacturing position include:- Minimum 8–10 years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in electronics or telecom hardware- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)- Strong experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ERP systems- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)- Oversee and optimize day-to-day manufacturing operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and safety- Lead production planning and resource allocation to meet delivery timelines- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process optimization and new product introductions- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of accountability and excellenceSalary: $140,000 – $190,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
