Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Operations/COO position include:- 10+ years of experience in construction, with proven success in business development and leadership roles- Knowledge of high-end residential construction and minimal commercial project experience- Proficiency in BuilderTrend or similar construction management software- Lead and coach a high-performing team to deliver quality projects from $500K to $3M- Oversee company operations, drive strategic initiatives, and implement cost-control measures- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and project updates- Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards- Coordinate with subcontractors, designers, architects, and engineersSalary: $150,000 – $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including a $1,000 monthly stipend toward healthcare, performance bonuses, profit-sharing, 2-3 weeks of PTO (negotiable), and a future opportunity for equity ownership.
