Join a respected subcontractor serving TXDOT in a dynamic Entry-Level Bridge Inspector position based in Houston, TX! This is an incredible opportunity for a recent civil engineering graduate to gain hands-on experience in the essential field of bridge inspection. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Entry-Level Bridge Inspector position include:- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university- EIT (Engineer-in-Training) certification required- GPA of 3.5+ preferred- Internship experience in bridge or structural engineering a plus- Perform bridge inspections across Texas under supervision- Participate in both field and office-based engineering tasks- Use standard software such as Excel and Word; familiarity with TXDOT software a plus- Willingness to travel 3–5 days per month with all expenses coveredSalary: $70,000 – $75,000 per year, negotiable and commensurate with experience.
