Who Can Apply: This scholarship was established by the family of Eula Bush Short. The scholarship will be awarded to students:
1. who have completed a minimum of one year at Troy School, including the highest grade,
2. who have graduated from Gilmer County High School with a minimum grade point average of 2.50 and a minimum ACT score of 20, and
3. who have participated in extracurricular activities and served as an active community volunteer
