Who Can Apply:
- Especially for Youth (EFY) is a summer youth church camp where many young adults serve as counselors, developing leadership skills and strengthening their faith.
- Serving as a counselor is a calling that can be both demanding and deeply rewarding. Counselors sacrifice time, sleep, emotional energy, and often better-paying summer jobs to serve with faith. They are mentors, lifelines, and disciples—often giving more than they receive.
- This scholarship honors the legacy of lives changed at EFY and the staff who give their whole hearts and testimonies each summer.
- Any Latter-day Saint (Christian) undergraduate or graduate student who is between the ages of 19 and 35 years old may apply for this scholarship opportunity if they have served as an EFY field staff member during this summer, last summer, or the summer before in one of the following roles: counselor, leader counselor, building counselor, assistant coordinator, health coordinator, or coordinator.
