They are seeking an accomplished General Superintendent to spearhead the on-site execution of this extraordinary project. Qualifications and responsibilities for this General Superintendent position include:- Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience managing large-scale industrial or commercial construction projects- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, or 10+ years of relevant hands-on construction management experience- Direct oversight of all on-site activities, subcontractors, trades, and schedules to ensure smooth, coordinated execution- Manage and enforce strict safety protocols across the jobsite in accordance with OSHA and company policies- Ensure work is performed to the highest standards of quality and in compliance with project specs and codes- Coordinate deliveries and use of materials and equipment; prevent delays through proactive planning- Review and manage change orders and project modifications to maintain scope and budget alignment- Lead final inspections and punch list management to ensure seamless project turnoverSalary: $120,000 – $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 15 days of vacation, 16 paid holidays (including a floating holiday), $3,000/month per diem with paid trips home every 3 weeks, $500 monthly truck allowance, $100 monthly cell phone allowance, and comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage with a large portion paid for both individual and family plans.
