Qualifications and responsibilities for this Heavy Civil Construction Superintendent position include:- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in heavy civil construction and site development- Expertise in underground utilities, earthwork, and large-scale civil projects ranging from $100K to $5M- Oversight of daily on-site operations, ensuring timely, safe, and on-budget project completion- Familiarity with timekeeping and field documentation, including time sheets and receipt tracking- Strong leadership skills to manage field crews and subcontractors- Willingness to travel occasionally within the 5 boroughs (75-mile radius), with most work localized- Ability to work outdoors on job sites 90% of the time with standard hours from 7AM to 3PM and as-needed overtime- Must have a valid driver’s license; company vehicle or mileage reimbursement providedSalary: $150,000 – $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
