Tasks
Your mission:
- Acceptance and, if possible, the end of incomplete calls, incoming calls,
- Professional and service -oriented communication with the customers,
- Entiring and documentation of customer concerns in the CRM system,
- Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.
qualification
Your profile:
- You fulfill the prerequisite to work as a freelancer,
- You have initial experience in customer service,
- Your place of work/place of residence is in the EU (outside of Germany) or you will soon emerge
- You have very good knowledge of German (C1/C2 detectable),
- Independent way of working and high reliability,
- You have a safe job that is not visible and/or accessible for third parties,
- You have a desk, an office chair, and the required hardware (PC, two monitors, mouse/keyboard, webcam, headset),
- You have a stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbit/s (by cable).
