Tasks

Your mission:

• Acceptance and, if possible, the end of incomplete calls, incoming calls,
• Professional and service -oriented communication with the customers,
• Entiring and documentation of customer concerns in the CRM system,
• Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.

qualification

Your profile:

• You fulfill the prerequisite to work as a freelancer,
• You have at least 6 months of experience in customer service,
• Your place of work/place of residence is in other EU countries or you will soon emigrate
• You have very good knowledge of German (C1/C2 detectable),
• Independent way of working and high reliability,
• You have a job that is not visible for third parties
• You have a desk, an office chair, and the required hardware (PC, two monitors, mouse/keyboard, webcam, headset),
• You have a stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbit/s (by cable).
