- Holly attended Churchville-Chili High School in New York and went on to pursue her nursing degree. She was pursuing this degree when she was sadly diagnosed with melanoma, a battle that she bravely fought but ultimately lost. Holly was passionate about nursing due to her selfless nature and her desire to care for others. Though her career was cut short before it began, her memory will live on by nurturing the next generation of compassionate, skilled, and community-driven healthcare professionals.

- Any high school senior at Churchville-Chili High School in New York may apply for this scholarship opportunity if they demonstrate leadership qualities and empathy, as well as involvement in extracurriculars, volunteering, or caregiving work. Applicants pursuing healthcare (ideally nursing) are preferred.
