Join a well-established HVAC company with over 22 years in the business, currently preparing for a major marketing push with $400,000 in advertising! Located in sunny Las Vegas, NV, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HVAC Sales Specialist to take the lead during the busiest time of the year. With high-quality leads and strong earning potential—up to $100,000 per month this summer—this role is designed for a top performer ready to make a big impact.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Sales Specialist position include:- 5+ years of HVAC residential sales experience required- Residential sales focus only—no commercial work- Strong closing skills—expected to close 75% of leads and generate minimum $20K per lead- Must be comfortable with both in-home and phone sales- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus for client communication- EPA certification preferred but not required- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM, servicing Greater Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, and possibly Mt. CharlestonSalary: $150,000+ per year (draw against commission), $3,500 weekly potential.
