Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Service Manager position include:- Experienced service manager with 5+ years in HVAC, auto-mechanical, plumbing, or a related industry, and a strong background in team leadership and service operations.- Proven ability to lead service teams, drive revenue growth, and hold employees accountable to KPIs and operational goals.- Skilled in improving service processes, creating efficient systems, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.- Motivated leader who brings energy, inspires teams, and fosters a positive, performance-driven work environment.- Lead daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality service, and customer satisfaction- Skilled in identifying and executing process improvements within the service department- Develop strategies to drive revenue and profitability while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and service delivery.Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
