As an IT Technical Delivery Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading high-impact government technology programs—driving digital transformation across cloud, compliance, and development domains in collaboration with top-tier federal agencies. Qualifications and responsibilities for this IT Technical Delivery Manager position include:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, IT Management, or related field; Master’s degree and industry certifications (PMP, Agile/Scrum, ITIL) preferred- 8–10 years of experience managing large-scale DoD IT programs with deep understanding of federal IT compliance and delivery requirements- Act as the operational lead across Architecture, Compliance, Development, and Delivery teams- Oversee day-to-day program execution, risks, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with executive leadership goals- Manage professional services contracts, ensuring vendor compliance with SLAs, deliverables, and quality expectations- Implement scalable frameworks and promote automation, DevOps, and cloud adoption across AWS, Azure, and Google GovCloud- Ensure program compliance with standards including NIST, CMMC, ISO, and ITIL- Drive process improvement, strategic execution, and stakeholder communication across multiple simultaneous projectsSalary: $125,000 – $145,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
