Who Can Apply: The Jim Duncan Award for Perseverance was created in honor of NSCS member and former employee Jim Duncan. The Award recognizes outstanding NSCS members who have triumphed over an adversity or illness, and are working towards achieving their educational goals. NSCS will award (2) $1,000 scholarships.
- Applicant must be a NSCS member.
- Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
