Join a well-established aerospace manufacturing company near Kansas City as a Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer and take your engineering career to the next level in a tight-knit, family-oriented environment. With a legacy dating back to the 1950s, this company manufactures custom RF connectors and components used in transponder antennas, fuel monitoring systems, and ground-air communication systems—all in-house. Qualifications and responsibilities for this RF Engineer position include:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 2+ years of experience (new grads considered)- Experience or interest in RF applications, particularly aerospace-related systems- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor for drafting and design- Familiarity with military specifications, ISO standards, and FAA compliance documentation- Ability to interpret and modify existing RF component designs (coax connectors, antennas, etc.)- Comfortable answering questions from machinists and collaborating across departments- Strong communication skills and a desire to be part of a small, team-driven company culture- Willingness to work in a hands-on environment with occasional new product developmentSalary: $60,000 – $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
